Julie McIntire - President
Working in the real estate industry for over 10 years, Julie McIntire has done Property Sales, HOA Boards and Property Management for thousands of units. She graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in sociology and communication. Julie moved her family back to California in 2008 where she earned her license as a Real Estate Sales Person. Later she became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Julie took the opportunity in 2019 and established her company, Golden Bear Property Management.
